At Rasasi Perfumes 1979, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its authentic packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the tamper-evident seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
